This One-of-a-Kind necklace is approx. 24" long.

The beautiful beads that hang down are antique Afghanistan hand carved jade with scribed lines along the bottom. The barrel shaped beads are hand made etched agate, also from Afghanistan.

The inspiration for this piece came from the coloring and shapes of the jade beads, which reminded me of old columns. Once I put them next to the etched agate the rest just fell in place. I also used natural coral beads, freshwater biwa and potato pearls, and sterling silver beads and findings.
